Membership Terms and Conditions

  1. I/we understand that our membership is subject to the payment of an obligatory annual subscription fee of £95*.
    *This rule does not apply to clients who have an existing membership with the club. Instead they will continue to pay their annual subscriptions as initially contracted.
  2. I/we understand that our next subscription payment will be due exactly 12 months from the date the membership is activated.
  3. I/we understand that this contract is indefinite and that the club’s standard cancellation procedures; found within these conditions, apply should I/we want to cancel*.
    *If you are transferring as an existing club membership holder, then the conditions of your original contract will apply in this circumstance. 
  4. I/we understand and acknowledge that my/our membership to Gr8stays does not provide me with any rights to fixed assets including that of property.
  5. I/we acknowledge that all details given are correct and will notify Gr8stays of any future changes.
  6. I/we acknowledge that the access to the members section of the website is exclusively for members. I/we acknowledge that it is our responsibility to inform Gr8stays if I/we believe that my/our password and user name has been used without my/our permission.
  7. I/we acknowledge that this membership agreement will take seven days to process. I/we acknowledge that within this period either party may terminate this agreement. Once the membership agreement has been processed and approved the membership joining fee is non refundable. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  8. I/we understand that Gr8stays reserves the right to suspend my/our membership if my/our annual subscription has not been paid whilst it continues to seek payment of any arrears.
  9. I/we understand that my/our membership entitles us to all the benefits as outlined in the membership description on the members’ website.
  10. I/we understand that the benefits / services are subject to availability and that the suppliers of the benefits / services reserve the right to change the promotions from time to time without due notice.
  11. Gr8stays endeavours to ensure that my/our membership benefits are available at all times and will continuously strive to provide new services.
  12. I/we understand that my/our Membership and membership documentation will be dispatched by Gr8stays, upon receipt of our completion details, directly to me/us.
  13. I/we acknowledge that the decision to purchase was taken freely, without constraint or pressure.


  1. Gr8stays have their own appointed travel department to service and provide the travel requirements for their members.
  2. Some services supplied by Gr8stays have been contracted to specialist third party suppliers to provide the most efficient service for members.
  3. I/we understand that any specialist third party suppliers may have their own terms and conditions which I/we will adhere to.
  4. Gr8stays will provide and/or arrange all lawful services upon request.
  5. Payment is due for all products and/or services upon acceptance. Should I/we provide my/our credit card details for any booking(s)/ services requested I/we understand in the event of cancellation no refund will be made.
  6. I/we understand that Gr8stays will notify us as soon as possible if any service or product that I/we have requested is not available. Alternative services or products at equal or higher standard may be offered subject to availability but are not obligatory.
  7. All product and service descriptions have been approved by the relevant supplier. Gr8stays is not responsible for inaccurate or misleading service or product descriptions. Products may differ slightly from the images shown although every effort is made to ensure that all product descriptions are as accurate as possible.
  8. Gr8stays will endeavour to obtain the best ticket(s) and premium seat(s) for any events. There may be an extra cost for special tickets.
  9. In the event of cancellations of any shows directly by either the artist or promoter, only the return of the face value of the tickets will be refunded.
  10. Tickets will be dispatched by courier. Gr8stays or the ticket agent is not liable for any failure by the courier to deliver your tickets.
  11. Gr8stays or its ticket agent partners reserve the right to offer free upgrades at no additional cost, to downgrade tickets offering a partial refund or to cancel offering a full refund.
  12. Accommodation special offers exclusively available through Gr8stays start from as little as £50 per unit per week.
  13. I/we understand that every effort will be made to obtain my/our selected destinations and occupation dates. However it is understood that alternative accommodation and travel arrangements may be offered subject to seasonal availability.
  14. I/we acknowledge that Gr8stays reserves the right to withdraw any of the services at any time.
  15. Calls to Gr8stays may be monitored or recorded for training purposes.

Other Products

  1. Gr8stays does not endorse any other product other than that stated within this agreement.


  1. Gr8stays warrants that it shall use its best endeavours to provide the services with reasonable care and attention and, as far as is possible, will accord to your request.
  2. Where Gr8stays supplies you with any products or services provided by a third party, Gr8stays will be acting as your agent in connection therewith and will use its utmost care in selecting the supplier and ensuring the products or services are provided in accordance with your request.
  3. Gr8stays does not accept liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access its website.
  4. Gr8stays shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from requests or instructions supplied by you which are incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate or arising from their late arrival or non-arrival, or any other fault of yours.
  5. Gr8stays shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of Gr8stays obligations in relation to the services, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Gr8stays reasonable control.
  6. Right to Cancel. You have a right to cancel this agreement if you wish. This right must be exercised within 30 days to the forthcoming renewal date during any given year. You can do so by writing to us or notifying us by email. The cancellation of this membership contract is subject to an early termination charge of 3 years annual subscription fees, if the duration of the membership at that time has been less than a 10 year period. There will be no penalty if cancellation is after a period of 10 years*. Please also note that the cancellation can only be completed when annual subscription payments are up-to-date.
    *If you are transferring as an existing club membership holder, then the conditions of your original contract will apply in this circumstance. 
  7. Gr8stays is a discount holiday and lifestyle membership. It is not an asset and has no true financial value. Though a membership holder can attempt to sell their membership privately, the club does not endorse any resale schemes or other such marketing opportunities.
  8. Gr8stays may vary these Terms and Conditions from time to time and will notify you of any changes in a timely manner. Notification will be by some or all of the following method:

    Via Post
    Via the national press

  9. The Laws of United Kingdom shall govern this agreement.
